You will fall in love with this tastefully updated 766 ft.² penthouse terrace with an amazing private 800 ft.² rooftop patio. This combination of indoor/outdoor living space can comfortably accommodate 4 guests making it an ideal for a couple’s getaway or a small group looking for fun or just relax. Plenty of outdoor furniture to sunbathe in private without having to worry about tan lines. If you feel like a swim just head to the elevator to the saltwater heated to enjoy the pool all year round but don’t forget the swim chairs and noodles. In addition to the rooftop patio there is an additional 15’x3’ private balcony to take in the breathtaking views of the gulf, Dolphins and manatee that like to come for a visit. If you’re looking to relax and be low key it’s here for the taking. Full kitchen, 2 55” Smart flatscreen TV’s with cable and high speed internet. If you want some action you have use of the 2 kayaks in our private lagoon or the Gulf. If water sports aren’t your thing we also provide 2 bicycles to cruise around. I don’t know of any other rental that provides all this.
The complex offers 24 hr security in addition to assigned space in the parking garage. There’s also a clubhouse with pool tables, air hockey, billiards and a reading room. If you like to keep fit there’s a gym for your daily workout .
